The counting of votes in the Legislative Assembly was concluded yesterday.

Legislative Council
Counting has concluded in the Mining and Pastoral and Agricultural regions and the results were formally declared yesterday.
Given the sheer volume of early and absent votes, the numbers of parties and candidates and the need to initially focus most resources on the Assembly counts, the counting of the larger Legislative Council regions has taken additional time.
Results for the East Metropolitan, South Metropolitan and South West regions are on track to conclude today with declarations scheduled for 3.00pm today at the Northbridge Count Centre.
Counting for the North Metropolitan region will conclude tomorrow, Saturday 25 March 2017 with the results expected to be posted online during the afternoon.
